All our products are delivered via Courier or dedicated delivery services island wide in Sri Lanka.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Products which are to be delivered within Colombo or suburbs are processed and dispatched within 3-7 working days.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Products which are to be dispatched out of Colombo, the delivery is done through courier and\/or dedicated delivery services within 4-10 working days.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We will accept returns if a product is delivered to you in a damaged condition or if the dispatched item specification differs from the ordered item. Any items that are used\/ tested\/ tried or improperly and\/or neglectfully handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Please use <\/span>our contact page<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0or any accepted method of communication to get a Return Authorization Number BEFORE you send back the items. Authorized returns must be shipped\/ couriered within 5 days from the return approval date to our shipping address <\/span>(link or address added<\/strong><\/em>)<\/strong><\/em>. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

To be eligible for a return as mentioned in the above conditions, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and proof of the payment (receipt).\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In the event of any dissatisfaction with our product due to damage or if the dispatched item specification differs from the ordered item, we require proof of receipt in order to exchange the item for a similar product.<\/p>

In the event the specific item purchased is discontinued in supply or out of stock we will provide you with alternative options of a similar item cost.<\/p>

However, the product which is to be exchanged should be in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging. If you need to exchange it, send us a detailed description via (contact page link) and we will send further details regarding the process.<\/p>

The exchange process must be started within 7 working days of the original date of delivery and requires the payment receipt, invoice number or order confirmation e-mail as proof of purchase.<\/p>

It should be noted that returns\/exchanges on sale items, discounted items or third-party products are not allowed \/accepted.<\/p>

Also, you will be personally responsible for paying your own courier charges\/shipping charges for returning your item if you want it to be exchanged.<\/p>
